6月30日，在德國(guó)斯圖加特，SAP項(xiàng)目（Smart4us）第一階段里程碑匯報(bào)會(huì)順利召開，這標(biāo)志著公司全球數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型取得了實(shí)質(zhì)性突破。

On June 30th, in Stuttgart, Germany, the first-phase milestone report meeting of the SAP project (Smart4us) was successfully convened, marking a substantive breakthrough in the company's global digital transformation.

自項(xiàng)目正式啟動(dòng)以來，集團(tuán)總部與SEG歷經(jīng)4個(gè)多月深度協(xié)作，聚焦多元業(yè)務(wù)需求與行業(yè)最佳實(shí)踐的融合深化，為公司全球化與數(shù)字化協(xié)同發(fā)展確立關(guān)鍵路徑。

Since the official launch of the project, the Group Headquarters and SEG have carried out more than four months of in-depth collaboration, focusing on the integration and deepening of diversified business needs and industry best practices, so as to establish a key path for the company's global and digital collaborative development.

會(huì)議上，相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施進(jìn)展、階段性成果、存在問題及下一步重點(diǎn)工作進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)匯報(bào)。截至目前，已完成“全球模板”現(xiàn)狀整理分析、系統(tǒng)適配性檢測(cè)，以及整體應(yīng)用架構(gòu)的高階設(shè)計(jì)，為下一階段的藍(lán)圖詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)及S4升級(jí)奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。經(jīng)過充分討論，相關(guān)與會(huì)人員就項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)達(dá)成共識(shí)：持續(xù)加強(qiáng)各方協(xié)作，高效調(diào)配全球資源，為第二階段工作做好準(zhǔn)備。

At the meeting, relevant responsible persons made a detailed report on the project implementation progress, phased achievements, existing problems and key tasks for the next step. Up to now, the status quo collation and analysis of the "global template", system adaptability testing, and high-level design of the overall application architecture have been completed, laying a solid foundation for the detailed blueprint design and S4 upgrade in the next phase. After full discussion, the relevant participants reached a consensus on the project promotion: continue to strengthen the collaboration of all parties, efficiently allocate global resources, and make preparations for the work in the second phase.SEG Smart4us

項(xiàng)目以“全球模板”為核心載體，通過流程、數(shù)據(jù)、應(yīng)用架構(gòu)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)，為公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展筑牢數(shù)字根基，而SEG全球模板的建立將系統(tǒng)性支撐集團(tuán)未來全球模板的搭建，為公司全球數(shù)字化運(yùn)營(yíng)奠定關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)。Taking the "global template" as the core carrier, the SEG Smart4us project builds a solid digital foundation for the company's sustainable development through the standardized construction of processes, data and application architecture. The establishment of the SEG global template will systematically support the construction of the Group's future global template and lay a key foundation for the company's global digital operation.

此次會(huì)議不僅是項(xiàng)目階段性成果的總結(jié)，更標(biāo)志著公司數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)入 “藍(lán)圖詳設(shè)-系統(tǒng)升級(jí)-價(jià)值釋放”的新階段。后續(xù)將以Smart4us項(xiàng)目和集團(tuán)總部S4項(xiàng)目為起點(diǎn)，通過數(shù)字化力量重構(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)模式，在全球化戰(zhàn)略中搶占技術(shù)與管理先機(jī)，開啟公司高質(zhì)量發(fā)展新篇章。

This meeting is not only a summary of the phased achievements of the project, but also marks that the company's digital transformation has entered a new stage of "detailed blueprint design-system upgrade-value release". In the follow-up, taking the Smart4us project and the Group Headquarters S4 project as the starting point, the company will reconstruct the business model through digital power, seize the technological and management opportunities in the global strategy, and open a new chapter of high-quality development of the company.
