7月28日，在SEG長(zhǎng)沙工廠，Global MES項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)會(huì)順利召開。這標(biāo)志著公司在數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型征程中邁出關(guān)鍵一步。

On July 28th, the kick-off meeting of the Global MES Project was successfully held at SEG's Changsha factory. This marks a crucial step in the company's digital transformation journey.

自項(xiàng)目籌備以來，經(jīng)過 6 個(gè)月的深度調(diào)研與嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)選型，SEG MES 項(xiàng)目最終確定依托恒達(dá)智控“智能制造平臺(tái)”，由集團(tuán) IT 總部攜手 SEG、恒達(dá)智控聯(lián)合實(shí)施。會(huì)議上，項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)展示了 Global MES 的組織架構(gòu)，明確了各參與方的職責(zé)與協(xié)作機(jī)制，同時(shí)簡(jiǎn)要闡述了項(xiàng)目后續(xù)可能面臨的技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn)，藍(lán)圖詳設(shè)及實(shí)施方案將在后續(xù) ToBe 階段討論確定。

Since the project's preparation, after 6 months of in-depth research and rigorous selection, the SEG MES project has finally decided to rely on Hengda Intelligent Control's "Intelligent Manufacturing Platform" and will be jointly implemented by the Group's IT Headquarters, SEG, and Hengda Intelligent Control. At the meeting, the project team presented the organizational structure of Global MES, clarified the responsibilities and collaboration mechanisms of all participants, and briefly elaborated on the possible technical challenges in the subsequent stages of the project. The detailed blueprint design and implementation plan will be discussed and determined in the subsequent ToBe phase.

此次項(xiàng)目既是集團(tuán) IT總部與 SEG、煤機(jī)板塊協(xié)同推進(jìn)數(shù)字化建設(shè)的體現(xiàn)，也為后續(xù)跨板塊、跨區(qū)域的數(shù)字化協(xié)同工作奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。

This project not only reflects the collaborative promotion of digital construction by the Group's IT Headquarters, SEG, and the coal machinery sector but also lays a solid foundation for subsequent cross-sector and cross-regional digital collaboration.

Global MES項(xiàng)目不僅滿足 SEG 的智能制造需求，并且構(gòu)建集團(tuán)汽車零部件板塊的全球標(biāo)準(zhǔn)業(yè)務(wù)流程和最佳實(shí)踐，最終成為集團(tuán)智能制造解決方案的重要組成部分，為內(nèi)外部客戶提供數(shù)字化、智能化端到端解決方案。

The Global MES project not only meets SEG's intelligent manufacturing needs but also builds global standard business processes and best practices for the Group's auto parts sector. Eventually, it will become an important part of the Group's intelligent manufacturing solutions, providing digital and intelligent end-to-end solutions for internal and external customers.

此次會(huì)議不僅是項(xiàng)目的起點(diǎn)，更標(biāo)志著集團(tuán)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)入 “內(nèi)生賦能” 的新階段，助力集團(tuán)在全球化戰(zhàn)略中搶占先機(jī)，開啟高質(zhì)量發(fā)展新篇章。

This meeting is not only the starting point of the project but also marks that the Group's digital transformation has entered a new stage of "endogenous empowerment", helping the Group seize opportunities in its globalization strategy and start a new chapter of high-quality development.
